Cynthia Hall Ashby, PT/Owner

Cindy is a graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center at Dallas and has practiced physical therapy in Texas for more than 30 years. She is an experienced educator and practitioner in spine and women’s health including pelvic pain, incontinence, and pregnancy/post-partum rehabilitation. Cindy’s post-graduate education includes a special emphasis on osteopathic manual therapy techniques including CranioSacral therapy, visceral manipulation, strain/counterstrain, joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization including myofascial release and muscle energy to treat acute/chronic musculoskeletal pain. She is also a certified Graston clinician and has extensive practice experience in treatment of spinal pain and dysfunction.

Martha Hamilton, PT, CST, CLT-LANA

Martha is a graduate of Texas Woman’s University at Houston and has practiced physical therapy in Texas for 33 years. She has practiced in multiple settings including hospitals, outpatient clinics and home health with interests in chronic pain, osteopathic techniques such as strain counterstrain, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy and muscle energy; and manual lymph drainage. Martha’s postgraduate education includes certification and advanced practitioner status in craniosacral therapy as well as certification in lymphedema management. She is a certified teaching assistant for the Upledger Institute as well as the leader for the local designated craniosacral therapy study group. Martha is also a licensed massage therapist, a licensed massage therapy instructor and is board certified through the NCBTMB as a specialty provider.

Stephanie Gordon-Meek, PT

Stephanie is a graduate of the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver. She has 20 years of experience in a variety of outpatient orthopedic settings. She earned her Pilates rehabilitation certification from Polestar Education and is a licensed Pilates for Buff Bones© instructor. Stephanie is also a certified Pre – Post Natal Pilates Specialist through the Center for Women’s Fitness. She enjoys using Pilates based movement to reduce pain, enhance strength and improve functional motility.

Holly Dennis, Massage Therapist/PT Tech

Holly is a licensed massage therapist and licensed massage therapy instructor. She has practiced in Texas since her graduation from a local massage school 6 years ago. She is nationally certified through MBLEX. Her special interests include prenatal massage, geriatric massage, and special massage techniques such as polarity, reflexology, and rain drop. She is knowledgeable in the use and application of essential oils in the ongoing care of her clientele.

Dona Dismukes, Office Assistant/PT Tech

Dona brings 20 years of experience in a physical therapy setting. This experience is a great asset to our patients as she works alongside our physical therapists as a PT tech. Dona also brings excellent administrative skills to her position as office assistant in the front office.
