A60R vitrified mounted points are a low-cost alternative to carbide burs. The aluminum oxide grain is ideal for ID grinding and mold finishing. Each point is dressed for perfect balance to perform without vibration or run-out. Offered in three shapes for different applications: B shapes for light deburring, W shapes for medium to heavy stock removal, and A shapes for offhand applications. Shank diameter 1/4, length 1-1/2. Mandrel overhang O must always be the lowest possible. Maximum speeds given refer to overhang O equal to 1/2. Used for ferrous metals (iron, steel, welds, etc.). Package of 10.
