This is a 100 card, commander dimir (blue/black) rogue deck. This aggressive deck is an absolute blast to play. The deck features a ton of evasive, cheaply-costed rogue creatures that you can easily cast on turn 1-3. Many of these creatures have flying, unblockable, etc. The deck then adds a number of anthem effects (including Anowon, Obelisk of Urd, Icon of ancestry, etc) to pump up your army and make these evasive creatures into truly powerful threats.
